Why I built Lifeable.

I'm Srini. I run a small software company from Hyderabad, and until this month my own life was in six apps.
A to-do app for tasks. A spreadsheet for bills. A calendar for birthdays. A notes app for trips. A folder of receipts for warranties. And my memory for everything else — which subscription renews when, where the spare key is, which restaurant we loved. Nothing connected. So things slipped: a renewal I'd meant to cancel, a birthday I remembered at 9 pm, a late fee on a bill I'd simply not seen.
Every "life organizer" I tried was a task manager with extras. The tasks were great. The rest of life was a tag.
What I wanted
One place for the facts of a personal life, each kept the way it should be — a bill with a due date and an amount, a birthday with a date and a plan, a habit with a streak, a trip with an itinerary, a thing with a warranty — and one page that reads across all of it and says what matters today.
And I wanted to talk to it. I use Claude every day. I wanted to say "electricity bill 2,400 on the 20th" and have it filed, and ask "what's due this week?" and get a real answer from my own data, not a guess.
What Lifeable is
Eleven areas: To-do, Money, Me (habits, medicines, health, goals), Family, Leisure, Places, Library, Travel, Wellbeing, Things and People. Each one is its own small tool. On top of them, three pages that read everything: Today (what matters now, in time order), Schedule (what was missed, then what's coming) and Calendar.
It's an MCP connector, so Claude, ChatGPT or any AI that supports MCP can read it and, if you allow, add to it. Four switches — read, add, update, delete — that you control, off in one click. It's free for every area; Lifeable Plus is for people who want more room and history. There's a web app and an Android app, and an iPhone app is coming.
What it isn't
It isn't a notes app or a file store — it keeps facts, not documents. It isn't a work tool — no projects, no teams. It isn't the deepest task manager; Todoist and TickTick go further on tasks, and I say so on the comparison pages. It doesn't connect to your bank. And it never sells your data or trains AI on it.
Where it is today
Lifeable went live on 4 October 2026. It has its first users and its first paying customer, it's listed in Claude's connector directory, and the Android app is on Google Play. It's built and run by one person, so when you write to hello@lifeable.co, I'm the one who answers.
If your life is in six apps too, try it. Add the next bill you have to pay, or the next birthday. That's the whole first step.
