Lifeable is a connector that lets ChatGPT read and add to your to-do list, planner and habits.
Add one address to ChatGPT and it can answer “what's on today?”, add “renew car insurance on Friday”, or log today's spending — in your real Lifeable, the same one on your phone. Free.
Set it up in ChatGPT
- In ChatGPT, open Settings → Connectors and choose Create (on plans where ChatGPT allows custom connectors).
- Name it Lifeable, paste
https://app.lifeable.co/mcpand choose OAuth. - ChatGPT sends you to Lifeable. Log in, or sign up free, and choose what ChatGPT may do with four switches: read, add, update, delete.
- In a new chat, turn Lifeable on and ask: “What's due this week?”

You stay in charge
ChatGPT only acts through the switches you turned on; you can turn them off or disconnect at any time from Lifeable. Deleting always needs your yes, every time. Lifeable sends nothing to any AI on its own.

- Is the ChatGPT connector free?
- Yes. Connecting ChatGPT to Lifeable is part of Lifeable's free plan; ChatGPT's own plan decides whether custom connectors are available to you.
- Can ChatGPT delete my things?
- Only if you turn on the delete switch, and even then it must ask you first, every time.
- Do I need a Lifeable account?
- Yes — ChatGPT sends you to sign up (free) or log in the first time you connect.
- Does it work with other AIs?
- Yes. Lifeable is a standard remote MCP server, so Claude and other MCP clients connect the same way.
