Lifeable is a daily planner for your whole life.
Open it in the morning and the day is laid out: the task at 10, the medicine at 9, the bill due today, the birthday this evening, the habit you're keeping up — in time order, from every part of your life. Nothing to assemble; it's already there.

How the day is planned
9:00 the medicine, 10:00 the call, 6:00 the gas cylinder — then the untimed things. Grouped by area, headings only when needed.
Anything that slipped shows at the top of the Schedule, so yesterday's task doesn't vanish.
The next 30, 90 or 180 days: bills, occasions, trips, appointments, warranties — in order.
Day, week, month and year on one grid, with filters for tasks, money, family, travel and more.
Pick one task, start the timer, the rest is hidden. Minutes count for the day and the week.
Today's page, in your inbox, every morning — switch it on in Settings.
Why it's different from a planner app
A planner app shows what you typed into it. Lifeable's day is built from things you'd record anyway — the bill you added in Money, the birthday in Family, the habit in Me, the trip in Travel. Add it once where it belongs and it appears on the day it matters. There's no second list to maintain.
You can also just tell it: connect Claude or ChatGPT and say "dentist Thursday 4pm" or "rent 18,000 on the 1st, every month".
On your phone
Lifeable is on Google Play, and the web app works in any phone browser. Same account, same day, wherever you open it.
Questions
- Is Lifeable a daily planner or a to-do list?
- Both, and more. The Today page is the daily planner; the To-do area is the task list behind it; Money, Family and Me feed the same day with bills, dates and habits.
- Can I plan the week or the month?
- Yes. The Schedule shows the next 30, 90 or 180 days in order, and the Calendar has day, week, month and year views.
- Does it send reminders?
- Yes, by email: a reminder at its time, a bill or occasion the days before you chose, and an optional morning summary of the day.
- Can I use it offline or on paper?
- It's an online app. If you like paper, the Today page prints cleanly from the browser.
- Is it free?
- Yes. Every area is in the free plan. Lifeable Plus is $9 a month (₹799 in India) for more room and history.
