Four small wellbeing practices that fit in a day.

Wellbeing advice tends to be big: an hour of meditation, a digital detox, a gratitude journal. These four are small on purpose. Two minutes, one hour, one line. Small enough to happen on a bad day, which is the day they matter.
1. Notice your mood
One tap a day shows patterns you can't see.
Moods feel random until you write them down. Mark how today felt, once a day. After a few weeks you will see what lifts you and what drains you.
Knowing yourself starts with noticing.
2. Two minutes of breathing
The fastest reset you have.
When the day gets loud, slow breathing calms the body within minutes. Breathe in for four, hold for four, out for six. Two minutes is enough.
Slow breath, clear head.
3. A screen-free hour
The evening hour that gives the day back.
Pick one hour each evening without screens — read, walk, talk, cook. It makes evenings longer and sleep better. Start with three evenings a week.
- Choose your screen-free hour
- Add it as a habit on three evenings
- Put the phone in another room
Unplug a little, live a little more.
4. Write one good thing
End the day with what went right.
Before sleep, note one good thing from today — a kind word, a task done, a nice meal. It trains attention towards what's working.
Good days are noticed days.
